The Allen County Coroner has identified 58-year-old Jacqueline Coley as the
26th homicide victim of 2020. Jacqueline Coley was the
victim of a battery in October of 2017, where she received injuries which
contributed to her death on July 19, 2020.
The Coroner also identified 31-year-old Allen Lamar Ruffin as
the 27th homicide victim of 2020 who died as a result a
fatal shooting in the 2500 block of Lillie Avenue.
