The Allen County Coroner has officially identified 29-year-old Candiace Marie Lay as the 17th  homicide victim of 2021.

 **According to court documents, law enforcement is working Tiffany’s case as a homicide. An autopsy has been completed, however, due to the complexity of the case, the The coroner is performing further tests. When the Coroner officially announces Cause and Manner of death, we will update the databases to include the statistical information.
