October 14, 2022 Homicides 20 & 21

 

The Allen County Coroner has officially identified 38-year-old Robert Lee Higginbotham III as the 20th homicide victim of 2022.
 
The Coroner also officially identified 34-year-old Margaret Louise Surryas as the 21st homicide victim of 2022.
