The Allen County Coroner has officially identified 50-year-old Mark A. Long as the 39th homicide victim of 2021.
Additionally, the Coroner has identified 45-year-old Lisa Renee Long as the 40^th homicide victim of 2021 and 15-year-old Mahala Long as the 41^st homicide victim of 2021.
